Pretty much every way possible! You can call, email, message on Instagram, or even phone. If we happen to be nearby, grabbing a coffee or cocktail to chat is always welcome. What matters is connecting — the method isn’t important, just reaching out!

Do we need to meet before the wedding?
I truly believe it’s important to meet or talk before your big day. This helps us get comfortable and ensures I’m not just “working” but part of your wedding experience, capturing genuine moments.

What is the booking process?
Once you’ve seen my work and confirmed I’m available for your date, a 50% deposit secures your wedding on my calendar. The remaining balance is paid on the wedding day.

What does your coverage include?
I arrive early and film your day from start to finish, usually staying until about 1:00 AM to capture all the key moments. I don’t film every second though, so you and your guests can still enjoy the evening without cameras everywhere. My goal is to capture everything needed to tell your story naturally and beautifully.

Note: Travel, accommodation, and expenses are not included.

Do you offer anything extra?
Yes! The “Documentary Edit” is an optional extended edit, filmed with a second shooter, capturing longer continuous clips such as the ceremony or key reception moments. Additional edits or requests are always welcome and can be discussed.

Can you cover additional days?
Absolutely, multi-day coverage is available upon request.

How long does delivery take?
Usually within 4–5 months. Sometimes a bit sooner or slightly later, depending on workload.

How is the music chosen?
Music is carefully selected to match the cinematic and emotional tone of your day — often nostalgic, indie, or atmospheric tracks. Sometimes, parts of the film have no music to preserve the natural sounds and emotions. You don’t need to worry about this; I handle it thoughtfully.

What is the privacy fee?
To promote my work, I may share wedding trailers on my website. If you prefer no content shared publicly, a privacy fee applies. This only affects the trailer, never your full film. You decide after the wedding if you want to opt in.

Can we request changes to the film?
Minor changes can be made if absolutely necessary, but they may incur extra costs due to editing complexity. Please send any requests within two weeks of receiving your final video.

What kind of drone footage do you film?
Drone shots are used to enhance the cinematic feel, mostly capturing scenic locations rather than people or crowds, as flying over guests is usually restricted by law.

What if you can’t attend the wedding?
While I’ve never missed an event, in the unlikely case I can’t attend, a full refund will be issued for any payments made.

How do you deliver the final videos?
Your films are delivered on a USB stick with high-quality files, plus a private online link for easy viewing and sharing.
